If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our returns process is designed to be as smooth as adjusting a well-maintained derailleur.

Our Returns Promise

We stand behind our tools and equipment with the same confidence we have in our ISO-rated tool standards. Most items can be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • In original, undamaged packaging (like our anti-static packaged electronics)
  • Unused and in resalable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items from our range cannot be returned:

  • Bike Cleaners & Chemicals (opened containers)
  • Brake Fluid (safety-sensitive fluids)
  • Personal Safety Equipment (helmets once removed from packaging)

This matches our commitment to workshop safety standards and consumer protection.

How to Return an Item

Our returns process is as straightforward as using our Allen & Hex Keys:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery. Use our template below for efficiency.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our Bristol-based team will respond within 2 working days with return instructions, as prompt as our order processing.
  3. Package Securely: Repack items with the same care we apply to our precision instruments, including all original packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Bristol workshop address using a trackable service (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error).

Exchange Process

Need a different size or model? Our exchange service works with the precision of our alignment tools:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly state you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item

Note: Price differences will be charged/refunded as appropriate.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 working days (with the same efficiency as our Bristol workshop team)
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing:
    • Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We recommend using tracked shipping (like our preferred DHL/FedEx services)
  • Refunds will exclude original shipping costs and any import duties paid
